RAGE turns to LOVE

As his eyes move to the sky

And his blood rushes to his head

And anger fills his mind

Blurring all his sense of good

As he watches the only love of his life

Being played with, being toyed with

In the arms of another

So as he closes his fist

And crunches his teeth

He notices his angle smile

The smile that he has never showed him

The smile that he has waited for 7 years

He realizes the one and the only truth

That she didn’t love him

She never had returned the feeling that he gave her

So as his heart broke in front of him

So as his love turned to depression

He heard “sweetie look here”

The only thread that pulled him out of his depression

Was a girl not an angel with wings

Who appreciated me

But who I never shared my love with

Because in his eyes she was just a girl

And as his eyes moved back to the ground

And his anger turned to love
